Our family’s personal touch in pet care

What truly sets Brooke’s PAWS & Play apart is that this isn’t just a service we offer—it reflects how our family lives day to day. As a family-run, teen-owned, parent-supported business, we provide care that is personal, consistent, and rooted in responsibility.

Pets aren’t handed off between multiple sitters or rushed through visits. Instead, they receive one-on-one attention from familiar caregivers who take the time to learn their routines, personalities, and individual needs.

Extensive experience with diverse animals

Our experience goes far beyond basic pet sitting. Over the years, we’ve cared for own dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets, as well as horses, ponies, farm animals, birds, reptiles, and tortoises.  Adam & Jenny have been married for 25 years and have had horses, ponies, minis, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs, tortoises, lizards, fish, birds, dogs, cats and the list goes on!

Because of this wide range of hands-on experience, families feel confident trusting us with all of their animals—often choosing us specifically because we’re comfortable caring for pets that other sitters may not handle.

Our passion for special animal care

While we truly enjoy caring for all animals, our family has a special appreciation for pets that benefit from patience, routine, and experience across different environments. We especially enjoy caring for:

  • Dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets who need a little extra time, gentleness, or medication support.
  • Multi-pet households, where understanding group dynamics and individual routines really matters.
  • Horses, ponies, and farm animals, where confidence, consistency, and hands-on knowledge make a big difference.
  • Birds, reptiles, and tortoises, which often require more specialized care and attention to detail.
